Instead, we believe that customer service should be quick and simple for you and work hard to address your needs in a way that exceeds your expectations. Experienced Sales Service

Our salesmen combine extensive experience in the industry with ongoing product training so that they can help you select a comprehensive packaging system that will maintain the integrity of your products, be easy and safe to use, and keep you running at an efficient pace. This service is provided free of charge and is designed to help you find the right system, the first time.

Packaging Machine and Tool Repair

Machine and tool breaks cause you lost productivity. Minimize your down time in two ways:

1. Choose top performing brands with comprehensive manufacturer’s warranties such as those offered by Signode, ARPAC and Cortec. These products are designed to work as promised with minimum maintenance and repair over the long haul.
   
2. When a machine or tool does break, call Boomerang. Our experienced repair team is factory trained and we have enough staff to respond quickly to your breakdown. We provide expert repair of packaging machine motors, electronic circuit boards and turn tables as well as the repair and/or replacement of other machine and tool parts.

Because we’re factory trained and an authorized warranty repair center for most of the brands we carry, warranty repairs are done right the first time at no cost to you. And, if a parts delay or other issue prevents us from doing the repair in a reasonable amount of time, we’ll provide you a loaner at no cost.
